So in quest to shave off a few seconds off of my post production I’ve been looking at Adobe’s latest version of Lightroom. I end up working on the Mac and PC alot so using Aperture isn’t the best solution even though I love it. Will be a bigger problem once Creative Suite 4 comes out. I cant believe that Adobe will only have 64-bit support on the PC and not the Mac. Now with us shooting with 21 and 39 megapixel cameras 4gb limit memory wise really hurts. Add a few layers in Photoshop and you’re dying.

So I found some great software for editing my blogs. Always tough to post new entries after shooting and doing post for a weekend. Any Mac users that are looking for some great software should check this out. Supports all the big blog services easy to move your blog entries or post to multiple blogs.

So yesterday I was a set photographer for an independent movie “Sean and not so great adventure”. Apparently these guys are huge on youtube.com. It was interesting for sure, I ended up being an extra on the set. First Best of the Best now this, is there no limit to the fame. I’m way over my fifteen minutes!!

Well, it was certainly an interested experience as expected. Just a little different from what I had expected. I was hoping to win, but coming third wasn?t a reflection on my work, Nothing to do with my work or model interaction, I kicked ass on those. But being late killed me, gotta love car troubles when your far from home. Still won on what I have less control of, being late I can fix that.

Some great locations that I?m going to come back and shoot more fully once the weather cools down a bit, 115 degrees on day one in the desert. How anyone worked let alone got the great images that I saw is amazing, My only regret is that I didn?t get to shoot on Sunday. Had a lot of ideas I wanted to play with but thats the way these things work out. As usual I met some great people and made some great new friends. I can see me coming to Best of the Best even when I shoot for Vogue Italia. Something about how this who event plays out thats it addictive.
